student, developer, and ai person, based in boston (the city, not the band). i spend most of my time working at the borders of ai systems and software, which in practice means i ask language models questions, they respond with great confidence, and then we negotiate.

i made pretty regex once, which is a real library that exists and does what it says. i also work on ai things that are harder to explain at a dinner party, so i usually don’t.
